Then we went to get the soup, they were out of insulated soup bowls. He offered us a plastic container! I could not even carry the hot soup to the table in the plastic container.
Great Harvest has been a fixture in the Ogden North Ogden area for over 20 years they prepare excellent bread and other baked goods. The service is good the prices are good and they managed to stay fresh and relevant.
Highly recommend to stop by and grab a bite to eat. Very delicious food and outstanding customer service from the Danial B.
We will be back to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere sooner rather than later.
I have always loved going to Great Harvest Bread in Lehi, UT - but this store in North Ogden has lost us as a customer! Where is the management team that oversees what ingredients are ready for the day and what serving dishes are available?

Great food and service
We have recently moved to this area and decided to go to Great Harvest Bread Co. for lunch. We were greeted warmly by the only employee in the store and we ordered 3 sandwiches and soup from the menu posted on the wall. When the sandwiches arrived, 2 turkey on honey whole wheat, 1 egg salad on sourdough, we were shocked! NO MAYONNAISE on any of the sandwiches! The egg salad was so dry, you could not eat it. The two turkey sandwiches, the same way. When I went to the counter to ask for a container of mayo to add to the sandwiches, the clerk said they were out of mayonnaise and he would have to make some up. When I asked how he could make and sell a sandwich without dressing, he said "We are not a sandwich shop, we are a Bakery." WHAT!!! then why in the world do you have sandwiches on the menu and sell sandwiches.?!?! He then asked "what did I want him to do?" I said "you need to advise the customer that you did not have all the ingredients to make a sandwich!" Another two women came in just then, and I told them to not order a sandwich as they would get one without any dressing!
