Flawless is the best med spa I've been to in the Salt Lake area. I've received laser hair removal for my Brazilian and armpits. The hair is dramatically decreased, if not mostly gone. The have numbing cream for purchase that really helped my experience be as painless as possible. They have invested in a very nice laser hair removal machine that really takes care of the job. I've also done microderm facials and chemical peels there. The ladies really know what they're doing and I can tell they stay up on the latest and greatest products and services. I can trust they'll do the best for my skin - they even talked me out of something I really didn't need once. How's that for integrity?! Their prices are lower than most places, and the service is outstanding. I never feel rushed with questions and concerns, unlike most of the other places I've been. It also has a beautiful, clean atmosphere. Way to go Flawless!!
I have worked at Flawless Laser Spa for 2 years... The owners and management are some of the kindest people I've ever known. I watch them try to keep cost low and keep customers happy every single day. Yes, our machines go down and need repairs, but we only let the best work on them. We can not make everyone happy all the time but we really do try! I would just like to thank our loyal customers and the Owners of Flawless for being wonderful, understanding, and Caring people.

I was reluctant at first but after meeting the staff and having them explain the process I was more comfortable they were very kind and friendly and also very professional.i've had several treatments my wife and I are very pleased and didn't expect it to work as well as it did...also after comparing prices at other spas, I know I made the right decision going to flawless laser spa. My wife starts her treatments next week.
