We brought our car in for repairs on the front end and undercarriage. From the first moment we met Jon and Bill all the anxiety of dealing with auto repair and insurance adjuster's disappeared. The folks at Aatopia are wonderful and you can feel that they care about you and getting things taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Our car only took 4 days to repair it looks better than new. Jon handled all of the insurance issues directly with our adjuster. We highly recommend Aatopia for any of your vehicle repair needs.

Best customer service I think I've ever had! The insurance company that was supposed to be covering my car's body work was being difficult, but John dealt with them like a pro! He even helped me set up a rental car, and got the insurance to cover it! It was so nice to have someone on my side and John went above and beyond to make sure I got the best care possible! They gave me frequent updates on how things were progressing so I never felt out of the loop. They even detailed my car after the repairs were done! I would highly recommend this place!
We took a car we were interested in purchasing to Bill and he not only was thourough but brought us out and walked us through everything he found. Trust me it was a lot. Helped us dodge a bullet.
I am neither friend or relative but got treated as if I were by all the Aatopia personnel. There was body damage to my vehicle and after they worked on it I was very pleased. These guys are amazing! Not only do you get greeted by a British Bloke who will crack you up with his British slang, you also get first class service. They have fixed two of my vehicles and my sisters van, and from our experiences they were great!. They fight insurance for you just to make sure you don't get taken advantage of. I literally did not have to worry about the insurance company because they took care of everything. They also did more than they needed to and my vehicle looks better than what it did before.
