Ever since the management changed, the quality has gone down a lot. Today in particular, the person working on my car left partway through to help another customer. Normally that wouldn’t have been an issue (I work in customer service, I get it), but they didn’t communicate with anyone, so I was there an extra 10 minutes waiting for someone to finish my car. They never did. They finally called me up and I left. They didn’t even check to make sure everything was okay with me the way they usually do. They didn’t even bother to close my passenger side door! It flew open while I was driving.
Supersonic is great! My car is my baby and the wash itself is perfect. It’s gentle but cleans well. I’ve never had any issues here. They even have teenagers to dry off your car after. Sometimes they do a great job and sometimes they suck, just depends on who it is. Management always impresses me, never seem to stop working hard and taking care of customers. Give the kids some T-shirt’s instead of ties and button ups though, will look much more professional.
I used the free vacuum self-service. Great service. When my wife takes the car through their wash service, it always comes out nice. I just don't like to pay that much.
Came for my first time. Did not explain monthly pass. Had to ask specific questions for each service. Very rude cleaner. Receptionist was ver nice. They said they vacuum and dust inside but they definitely did not. I spent $40. I want a refund or a promise it will never be such a poorly done job.
Just got the $20 full service interior and exterior wash done on my F350 and I felt they did a great job. They even ran it through the exterior wash a second time, I’m assuming since it was still dirty the first time through. Not sure why there’s so much complaining about this place. $20 for an interior and exterior wash is rediculously cheap, if you want every strand of dog hair and cookie crumb cleaned out of your vehicle I recommend going to a high end detail shop where services start at $150. For $20 they did a stellar job and everyone was nice and friendly. Will be back for sure. Only thing was that I wish there was an option to leave a tip on the card because I never have cash.
