Took my x wife 5 times due to her not following the order and keeping my kids from me on ny time. Still the court refuses to do anything. Fathers have no rights and this court is a fraud house and is always happy to take your money and do nothing. Thank you worthless carolyn conklin for nothing.
When your lawyer tells you what laws have to be followed ask them for references. They will not be able to provide proof of any such ruling from this court.

If you are a man you will not get custody of your children. I have video of my ex failing a lie detector test on the questions of wanting to harm children repeatedly. She admitted to viewing child porn, the video is on YouTube under Darci Ann Roche, the tyrants in black moo moos would not even allow it into evidence.
This is another manifestation of cancer that grows on our government. This is sick bureaucratic apparatus that is designed to deny you the due process unless you have an attorney who knows how to navigate the bureaucratic labyrinth and unless you pay enough fees (in addition to your taxes). This is not to say that there are no good judges at this court, there certainly are, but before you even see one you will spend a fortune on your attorney pushing useless paper and filling prescribed forms.
