I bought a Pair of shoes August 21st, returned them today September 25th. They was not ever worn. There is a 30 day return policy but the manager on duty refused to over ride, was very rude and acted surprised that I asked for a refund. Gee with xmas coming guess where I'm not shopping.

I went to sears to get a new washer and dryer. Asked if I could get the pedestals later and they said yes. Took 3 times to get the right washer and dryer last Jul 2016. Now I ordered the pedestals to go under them and made sure they included installation. The lady I ordered them from on the phone said yes. After another late delivery, they dropped the pedestals off and said the paperwork had no installation. After talking to 3 different people, they now tell me they do not install these under old appliances. I just wish the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. Now I will just have to cancel the order as I have no way to install them myself. Thanks for nothing SEARS.

I went with my husband to pick out a washer Nd dryer on 8-24 we prepaid for everything and the guy told us we can pick it up on Wednesday the 30th. Well my husband goes there with the truck and waits awhile just for them to tell him oh well we don't know where it is the truck didn't show. So why weren't we called and told rather than wasting our time and gas to get our products. Still waiting to hear when we can get them. If I don't hear anything by the end of the day than I will call and hopefully they can have a answer for me....ready to almost cancel my order and go to a professional company.

Our experience is one that I fear many people are going through. I was appalled that Sears would not return our unopened unused Kenmore microwave which we received as a wedding gift. I cannot believe that a serious business will not seriously practice good business. Why not take it back when a receipt is presented? Especially when the product is unopened and can be resold. Why lose a whole family of loyal customers just because they don't want to restock something? We even asked if we could exchange it or get a store credit to spend the money at the same location. It is nonsensical, and veery embarrassing that you stooped to something a small "chain" store would do. Is Sears in that serious of financial trouble that they cannot afford to take back a $90 dollar microwave? I will be posting this on Social Media. Unless remedied.

I absolutely loved my experience &the tiny lady that helped me. I like what I bought and think I'll go back& get more
