Dan and his employees are professional. This means a lot when they are coming into your home. I have found that they are respectful and fair in their pricing. The boss sets the standards high for quality and the employees follow his example. Their emergency number saved us from losing food and a miserable night when we had a power problem. They fixed it quickly and permanently, even though the two other companies we contracted could not fix the problem. I would recommend Black Diamond to anyone that is in need of their services. They really take pride in their work.
I obtained an estimate from Black Diamond for redoing all the lighting in my condo. The technician called before the appointment. He showed up on time. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I don't know much about lighting and he offered his professional opinion about what he would suggest for lighting in odd-shaped rooms, but he was not pushy about it. Shortly after our appointment he emailed me a professional estimate with everything itemized. The cost seemed very reasonable. I am in the process of obtaining two other estimates, but will probably go with Black Diamond as I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and experience of the technician.

All my old metal pipes were replaced with pvc, and a new high efficiency furnace installed.
