The staff gives sincere care to it's patrons. The weekend hours are not conducive to those who appreciate early morning workouts. And the place was immaculately clean, working in tiptop shape the first six months, but since has slowly deteriorated. Part of the draw for a Black Card membership is the Unlimited Total Body Enhancement. However, the sound system in yours hasn't worked for a long time making relaxation difficult with the television on next door and people talking outside the room.
Well-maintained and the staff is always friendly. Most of the machines are fairly new and in great condition.
Update: The payment issues were resolved. Although the pink slips kept coming, and had to resolve that a second time. The store owner resolved the problem, but you guys need to update the collections attackdogs when matters have been taken care of at the store.
I have had problems every time I went in. Probably choose a different gym.
I've been hassled by their payment collectors because in my initial contract the store representative entered my bank account number incorrectly. They never once told me that my bank account was "flagged" as a fraudulent account. I didn't go to the gym for a while and am now charged with several late fees. Because they make you sign the contract on their credit card machine and you unable to verify the bank account number, they are holding ME at fault. I ask that all late fees be removed, since I've had to pay manually since day one and they never stored my payment information! SUPER PISSED OFF. How about more communication to your customers? Maybe remove the late fees and I'll be glad to continue being a customer.
ENJOYED It!! There are alot of things i loved about this location. I come from Texas and i used to go the one i had over there but it felt downgraded compared to this one! We didn't had a weight scale, the rest rooms/locker room were smaller, we didn't had the 360 area, we didn't had some machines this location has, we didn't had an update water fountain for our water bottles, It's just a huge difference! This will definitely be my gym home!
