Called for dishwasher repair. waited 10 days for him to come out. Said couldn't get part for dishwasher (eventhough they're available online) tried to sell me a new one for $500+. Then sent me a Bill for $75!!! for "work performed". He did nothing but look up model number! No wonder they have a 3.0 score on BBB...AVOID!
This company scheduled an appointment 3 days out. Said they would be here between 11@2. I had to call them around 1on the day of the appointment to find out what was going on & they said they cancelled the appointment. Well, that's nice to know. Who did you cancel with? Because it sure wasn't with me, the customer! Now I'm having to schedule with another company. That's the worst customer service ever. Obviously a shady company with bad business practices.
