I have had two babies at Ogden Regional, one just last week! Let's just say I don't want to go anywhere else. Their women's center is outstanding. Personal and professional nursing staff, beautiful big rooms with a jetted tub, a delicious cafeteria, and most important, they gave loving, expert care to me and my baby. So many knowledge professionals who were also nice to talk with. You will not regret going here.
The whole stay from start to finish was awesome! We had two other children at a very well known hospital in Ogden who is part of an inter mountain hospital and it doesn't come close to our experience at Ogden Regional. The nurses were very friendly, professional and personable. The "suite" for our delivery was spacious, accommodating and as comfortable as a hospital room can be. They treated you with respect and helped you to feel comfortable. My wife's 3rd required C-section was her best experience from start to finish that she has had (as much as can be expected for this surgery). I would highly recommend this hospital over the other in the area.
Absolutely AWFUL.
I've taken my newborn here and they misdiagnosed him. Had no choice to take him again at that time, they figured out he had an issue. Then my sibling comes here and they treat you like you're stupid and don't make the place comfortable a single bit.
Best hospital in Utah! Doctors and nurses are the best. I've used this hospital many times from simple reasons to major surgeries and the care is always the same.
My sibling went without food for 7 hours for no reason, wouldn't give him a nicotine patch or anything..
I had a nurse go off on me and treat me like dirt for asking what's going on. When they kept beating around the bush and knew what was going on for an hour.
Worst experience for an ER.... when a patient has chronic pain and they tell you they don't take narcotics, they are in visible pain shaking uncontrollably. After 1 hour finally an IV and still another 10 min. before meds. Snottie nurse, rude could care less. Not be back here again!!!
This hospital loves taking their sweet time to rack up the bucks and force you into doing things. I HATE this ER and I will drive my kids to primarys or McKay for now on and my brother will go somewhere else also.
