Thoro-Clene always does a great job on the carpet. The technician was prompt on the estimated arrival time, courteous, and knew his business. He put corner protectors to shield the equipment from doing damage to my walls. He was also very fast in completing the job. I appreciated him giving me some tips on what to do with the loose strands on the carpet and I also appreciated him telling me that his company cleans hardwood floor as well. I was very happy about the work that was done for me this week. It's so nice to feel that the house, including the carpets, are clean.
