Avoid this BW Plus property if you want to sleep, be in clean environment or be treated politely at check out. I complained about all of the above mentioned issues but did not want to change rooms at either 11pm or at 4am when I called about plumbing noise from adjacent room. Employees were not shocked or surprised about these issues.
If you're traveling with a pet this place is awesome! Very nice large grass area with walking paths and water features. Extremely nice for both our pet and us.
Very noisy bathroom ceiling fans in rooms. Next door bathroom fan was too loud to allow good night sleep. Colleagues staying in other rooms complained about that too. This is more a "motel" than a "hotel". No bkfst is offered by the hotel. No safes in the rooms (to store a laptop or valuables), and no provision for such by the front desk. This is really bad if you are on a business trip in the area, and you carry laptop/s. Overall - it is OK to stay in if other lodging options are not available in the area.
Noisy, plumbing/fan so loud that front desk was able to hear as I held the phone toward the noise. Flies, bees, & gnats in room. Carpeting dirty, lamps, table legs dusty. Restaurant not award winning, slow service & barely edible food.
If upon check out Stephanie Solomon, front desk supervisor, had even been slightly understanding or apologized for a horrible night with almost no sleep, I might be less adamant about avoiding BW properties. Only saving grace was the pleasant maintenance people. My exchange with Ms Solomon was so adversarial that I requested that the room be inspected & signed-off on before departure. AVOID this property.
No breakfast and no offer available for the restaurant next door.
Staff was terrific. Friendly and inviting. The room is more than adequate and the bed was comfortable.
Also - the early check out time (11:30 AM), is a problem if your flight from Salt Lake City leaves in late PM.... (such as Delta to JFK for example).
Definitely recommend this hotel. Room was clean and large enough and had a fridge and microwave. Wifi was good and easy to connect to. Great place with helpful staff.

I was very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was also impressed with the appearance of the grounds which are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and made our stay a pleasant one. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.
