Great customer service today by Garth and the North Ogden Little Caesar’s team! That guy can hustle! Even with a dinner time rush they were so efficient, kept the line moving and gave free cookies to kids in line. The team in back was also making it happen. Hot delicious pizza was perfect for the fam.
New management and remodel definitely brought this place a better reputation. Quick, fresh pizzas!
It's fine. Not bad but nothing special
One of the cleanest and fastest Little Ceaser's that I've been to. They do a nice job.
I understand that Little Caesars is supposed to already be the bottom of the budget barrel as pizza establishments go, but I see no reason why this should extend to their customer service as well. Waiting nearly 45 minutes for a pizza, just to discover that my order had been forgotten altogether and it would "be just a few more minutes" seems altogether unacceptable. Now, if that had only happened once, that would be understandable, but the fact that it seems to happen every 3rd or 4th time has lost me as a long-term customer.
