I was so impressed by the staff at the 12th street Pharmacy, from the cashier, and the techs to the pharmacist, who's name is Kent, were so kind helpful and courteous! They introduced themselves with a smile ☺; I believe they were all Boy Scouts or Brownies when they were young! They were very attentive to my needs (an integral part of the service industry you don't see much of these days, unfortunately) I explained to them that the medication that I needed and was taking for at least a year, was suddenly pulled off the market! Because of this, my doctor had to change to a different medication for me that was similar, however, the insurance would not pay for it
The most caring and friendly staff I have ever encountered. Each person greats you with a smile upon entrance and there is always a friendly "Hello!". If that wasn't reason enough to keep my business here, Walgreen's is 3 times the price for my cash paid prescriptions. We love this pharmacy. And my kids look forward to the Frooties in the bag each time we fill a prescription.
Try them, the experience is far better than waiting in a long line in a grocery store which always led me to shop and spend money I really didn't need to just to have something to do while waiting.
The most amazing customer service ever! I've been going here for years, I literally have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy or the staff. They keep it 100 all the time :)
They're inside the Now Care building that just relocated to South Ogden as of November 1, 2017 on the north side of 12th street.
We love this Pharmacy!! Kent, Krystal, Tana, Shauna. All these people are amazing!! They are so friendly and caring. My kids love coming in and talking with everyone.. They are like FAMILY! My youngest has Krystal wrapped around his finger... Thank you 12th street pharmacy for being so awesome!!!
I love this place!! All the employees are great and will always go above and beyond for their customers. The Pharmacist/Owner, Kent is such a neat guy and it's really like going in to visit with family each time you stop in. They're always so happy to see you and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. If there's ever a problem with your insurance or the doctor's office they will do everything they can to help figure it out.
