My package tracking number shows that my very important IRS response letter has been sitting at their Lomond Branch location FOR TWO WEEKS. I've called several times over several days to see what the hold up is and NO ONE picks up!! SO FRUSTRATING! If it wasn't a 23 hour drive away I would go there and choke everyone!
I was happy to see that there was an automated machine here to help me with my needs, it's great since sometimes the lines are long to speak to an actual person.
They don't answer the phone. Ever. I have been waiting on a new mailbox lock/key for almost a month. Was told it would take a few days. Every time I talk to an employee I feel like I get excuses as to why it's still not done yet.
Never ever delivers packages on time. And never answers the phone. Why do you even have employees if they don't do the damn job. May as well have people go pick up their own mail from this place it would definitely be faster.
He'll I've been at the same address for 15 years and now my mail isn't getting to me. Or call and get NO answer
