Lot rent increases every year so there's that. There's a kids park and three grassy area's but children play in the streets without regard to their own saftey. Noise level is a 3-4 out of five. They hardly plow in winter (The road) and when they do they cover the overflow parking which there is not adequate enough spaces for the volume of people there. The more I think of it the more it's bad just look into more options, it's not worth it.
Office management is interesting... and it seems there's some favoritism amongst rules being "looked over" for certain individuals. Hard to get into and need to redo their front entrance shouldn't have to feel my back end scrape every time I enter. Could be so much better

Lived here 10 years. Very nice park. However lot rent goes up EVERY year.
