I have been very happy with my kennel! My sweet pup just loves it! It's easy for me to get in and out of. I love the different features they all have to offer. Their delivery people were so kind and helpful! I would for sure recommend this kennel to my friends . When I have to put my pup away in her kennel it breaks my heart but in a kennel like this I feel she has room to run and play! The material is strong and sturdy. My pup is kind of wild sometimes but she can't escape this with the anti-dig bars. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY KENNEL!!!
What fantastic customer service! Due to a mistake made purely by a subcontracted transit company, my kennel panels arrived slightly damaged, and K9 Kennels went out of their way to rectify the issue and ensure my complete customer satisfaction. I'm so impressed with how diligently they worked with me to discover exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. Beyond that, the kennels themselves are top-notch quality, very durable and surprisingly easy to assemble. I couldn't be more pleased with both the product and K9 Kennels' attention paid to my specific needs. Although my order was relatively small (just three kennels plus accessories), they made me feel as if I was a high-revenue client placing a large-scale order. I look forward to a long, fruitful relationship with K9 Kennels as my small pet-care business grows in the years to come. A+
These dog kennel panels are great for gardens too. Keeps the deer out. Plus I will put a plastic cover over the top for a green house effect in the colder months. I also have a Kennel castle with a heater inside. I don't have to worry about my dog getting cold.

I am currently looking for just under a hundred new kennels for my facility and discovered their website. I instantly fell in love with their product! I think they absolutely have the best looking product on the market. With that being said, the customer service needs to be worked on. I called earlier and spoke to a young lady named Letisha about their system. The call was brief lasting no more than two minutes. Within that time I felt that the way she handled my questions was unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. I have never in my life heard of a company with such a fantastic product have such lackluster customer relations. With that being said, this review is more about their customer service then their product. I would love to see their product first hand, but at this time I believe I am going to go in a different direction.
I just got off the phone with Ray after about 45 minutes. I must say that I really was blown away with the respect and pure severance he showed my husband and I. I originally didn't even want to call because I figured it was going to be one of those "please take down the negative review" calls but to our surprise he only brought it up to tell us how hurt he was about it. He was more concerned with how we felt as people then as we felt as potential customers. He asked where we were from and showed a great deal of concern when we told him how close to the hurricane we were. I figured this had to have been the owner with how professional he held himself but when he told me we were in utter shock! HE'S JUST ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! I must say that I am absolutely overjoyed with this company and I wish I hadn't boughten elsewhere already. Thank you again for making this right.

I didn't want to write this review. I gave K9 Kennel Store every opportunity to make things right, and worse than telling me in a straightforward manner NO, they instead paid me lip service and then ghosted me. Bad customer service and simply rude. I spent $2500 on kennels that arrived late and in AWFUL condition. I made the mistake of accepting the delivery because I was under the gun and needed the kennels, and I assumed the company would rectify the issue. I will say they did replace one of NINE damaged panels (the only one with severe structural damage), but their solution for the scrapes and scratches covering all the other pieces that arrived loose sliding around the bed of an empty truck? A can of silver spray paint. So after spending my last two grand on a major purchase for my burgeoning business, six weeks later I'm supposed to dismantle my kennels, drag them outside, and spray paint them? With no reimbursement for my troubles? And what about the $400 worth of white anti-fight panels that are so badly damaged I can't use them? Those cannot be painted, and are useless to me in this condition. I had to unscrew them, pry them off the panels, and toss them in the garbage. $400 down the toilet. I would have been happy with the smallest gesture from this business—but my very carefully written and detailed final-appeal email from three weeks ago has gone completely unanswered except for a perfunctory "We'll get right back to you!"—in the weeks since, there's been no offer of even the slightest financial recompense, or even a lousy $50 gift card for future purchases. After charging my credit card, Cove Products and K9 Kennels assured me their product would arrive safely secured upright on a pallet, and they didn't. And as a result I have brand new kennels that look ready for the garbage heap. It's ridiculous, and such bad business: I plan to spend many thousands of dollars on more kennels and accessories as my business grows in the years to come, but will I give another dollar to this company after being treated like this? No way. And will I tell everyone in the industry I meet at trade shows, conventions, on social media, etc. to avoid them at all costs? You bet.
