I took my American bulldog here and they found a canolope sized spleen. They took it out and he lived. It's been 3 days and my dog has improvements everyday! I have found my new vet! They did a great job and saved my dog. What more can you ask of a vet? The doctors and stall are awesome!!
The staff is very nice and friendly with animals. Dr Bailey is extremely nice, knowledgeable and very confident. He was nice while doing tests even when my dog was not being very cooperative. He was never mean or handled my dog aggressively. He did a follow up exam and was more thorough in my opinion then even the ER doctor was. I have not had a bad experience here and I feel like animals get quality care here. I drive out of my way past 4 other vets to take my dog here. The facility is nice it's kept very clean the staff has always been great, I've been able to get appointments very quick for check ups. If I feel like I have an emergency situation they have always given me an appointment that day. I'm very happy overall and I could care less if the staff is bright and cheery or the place is nice and retro or doctor isn't as nice as I would like, my main concern is my animals care and their knowledge and ability to keep them healthy it's just a added bonus this place has all those things as well.
I've never been so dissapointed in a doctor in my life. I brought my child in to see you guys because my vet was busy. Big mistake! The doctor showed no compassion for my dog or me. His only option was euthanasia. He claimed she was paralized in all four legs. I told him I wanted to take my dog home for the weekend to process everything and say my goodbyes. I called the next day for advice because after taking the medication they gave her she was acting weird and crying. The doctor instead argued with me it was because she was in pain. He kept just saying "I thought we were putting that dog down". THAT DOG like she doesn't mean anything. I was so enraged I eventually hung up. After the medicine wore off she stopped crying and acted normal. In fact she was up walking on all four legs. Still eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom on her own. After a few days and having her euthanasia appointment setup I had a bad feeling. I called my original vet and they looked her over for a second opinion. They said she would be fine on meds and she still had a figthing chance. Euthanasia was no where on the radar. She's now doing so much better! & They've checked on her everyday since. That's the kinda vet I need for my child. I can't believe she was almost taken from me due to one bad discussion with an insensitive doctor. I will never be back there!!!!!
Dr. Bailey, Dr. Tyler and their staff are amazing! I took my Golden Retriever in on a Saturday morning because he had a large abscess that developed in a short time. They cleaned up the abscess, kept great tabs on him and taught me how to care for him at home to help keep his wound clean so it will heal properly. Their office visits and boarding are very reasonable too! Thank you Dr. Bailey, Dr. Tyler and staff!
The very best! Dr Bailey treats your furry babies like they are his own. Great staff! Great Groomer staff , always clean and we'll kept, would recommend to anyone.
