It was the best experience ever. The sales rep Summer had done all of the research for us and was pleasant and patient. Once we decided on what my spouse and I wanted, Summer made the SUV available for test drive with absolute no hassle. The process for sealing the deal was so smooth I was shocked to be in and out in an hour or less with the keys to our new FJ Cruiser. Jeff made the process smooth and simple. Summer assisted with our indecisiveness. Everyone in the office was so friendly. We plan on purchasing another vehicle for my teenager this fall and will definitely commute from Salt Lake City to Ogden for the excellent experience. We are so happy!!
I was told one price on a few trucks and was ready to buy. Then they came back with higher prices and were unwilling to negotiate.
They brought me the wrong car fax and clearly lied to me about the details on a few vehicles. Which is to bad because they had the vehicle I wanted but they clearly couldn't be trusted.
I have dealt with AVIS Car Sales and Service for at least 20 years! I am always welcomed, I find friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality products and a sales team always willing to go the extra mile.
Salesmen was friendly and price was okay (due to me doing my homework as everyone should do before buying a car)... My issue is they "lost" my 2nd key to the new car and now won't even call us back. If you find the car of your dreams here, make sure you have all the keys before singing the paperwork.
Good deal but not a great deal. I found a car here that is exactly what I was looking for. Sales man started the price high but then "negotiated" it down. Agreed on a price and purchased. Later I looked on a local sight and seen that other reputable dealers in the area had my same car with comparable mileage listed for much less than my "negotiated" price. I like the car but should have researched pricing better. Will be going somewhere else for future car purchases.
