Other than when I bought my first used car, in 1995, have I had such a good experience buying a car. Rick G (salesperson) was a real honest person with clear answers to my "not so trusting a car salesman" questions. He made me feel at ease and valued me as a customer. Muchas gracias, Rick!
It started out good and friendly. I was assured by Brent that he would not be pushy and try to sell me something I didn't want. Well that's exactly what he did. I told him I needed to be a certain price out the door and he found me a truck that was nicer that what I had been looking for and he said it would be a little more which was understandable. Well a little was $2900 more. My wife and I were willing to adjust out budget and meet him in the middle and told him we were firm there and he asked the manager and came back with a different answer so we said nope. We're firm in the middle and we got up and started to leave. Brent then leaned out the sliding door and raised his voice and yelled at my wife telling her not to leave which put her into tears. I don't care what you are selling you don't raise your voice and yell at your customer especially when I they were up front and honest with you about pricing. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and heard him out of the extra price because he assured us it was a good deal and he wouldn't try and push us into it. In the end it was a very bad experience especially being it was my wife's first time looking at and buying a car. We will definitely not be going back there.
