Horrible experience each time I go here! Love Best Buy - greatly dislike this store location. Last 3 times in
Pathetic store.
We went in to look at Kitchen Aid appliances and Ryan was super helpful and informative. I had previously looked at Lowe's and RC Willey and he was more knowledgeable than either of the people I had spoke with. He even told us the best time to buy and bundle the products to save the most money. Best experience I've ever had in Best Buy!
They never seem to try to help their customers. Been standing here for 15 minutes with 3 workers within ear shot and none are coming to help. Finally called the store to get help and they didn't even answer. After 20 minutes of standing in the same spot I finally left. Don't shop here. BUY YOUR STUFF ON AMAZON
Don't bother calling if you have questions about anything because you will just sit on hold until your patience runs out and you hang up. When you go into the store nobody helps you or asks if you need anything. You can stand there in confusion for however long you'd like but don't expect anyone to actually try to assist you. If you do finally talk to someone they are usually kind and helpful.
I'm constantly waiting and have to ask multiple times for assistance. Let's get with the program. Where's the customer service experience Best Buy is known for?!
Good experience buying a phone but terrible service there after. Sold us service plan on new phone. Had the phone less than a week and screen got cracked. Went back to the store and we were THEN informed about the $199 deductible for the service plan. They had every chance to take care of the situation and keep me as a customer but there was "nothing you could do. That's just the way it is" Should have known better and gone directly to our wireless carrier to get the phone. Cancelled service plan immediately. Will not be back because Amazon is way cheaper anyway. Big stores like this are going down left and right because online is cheaper and you don't have to deal with crappy customer service.
I've been in, I've walked out without buying from the location and it drives me to purchase from other competitors.
