I bought a new phone from Sprint, we have been loyal customers for many years and have enjoyed the service. At the same time I bought my new phone I purchased a Gadget Guard screen protector. The product seemed to work good, until it broke and I took my phone into get a new screen protector. What a joke!! I was in the store for over a hour filling out warranty info, then they charged me $10.00 and told me that the screen protector would be mailed to me in a week, and to bring my phone back in and they will put the protector on. REALLY? As I was waiting, I noticed that they had a display on the wall of the same screen protectors, Why not take one of those and fix my phone? Then I would be done. What a waste of my time! Don't buy accessories from them! I read the other posts, and I never got any free accessories, I have to pay for them twice.

I went in here to get a new phone. Not knowing what to get and what to expect. I was recently with Verizon, and was tired of the overcharges. It was kind of busy when I walked in, but I decided to patiently wait. There was only one employee there at the time. I think his name was Alec if I remember correctly. But there were 4 customers ahead of me, and he was able to acknowledge me and greet me with all the people ahead of me. He was multitasking and got the other customers in and out within just a few minutes. Even with checking back on me to make sure I was good. I've never experienced that before at a retail store. He never pressured me into anything that I didn't want. He found the perfect phone, and the perfect price plan for my needs, and was able to stay on my budget. I would recommend everyone to go to this store, just to experience the great customer service I experienced. As well as to get a good price that you're happy with.
