We visited a model home and my wife and I instantly fell in love with the home and builder! After several delays we broke ground April 28, 2016. Scott the builder stated that it took 4-5 months to complete but also said he says 5 in case if any complications and that 4 is his usual time frame. Fast forward after many many mix ups and delays to November - my wife took time off work to stay at the site to stay on sub contractors to complete things and follow the foreman around so we could move in mid November. Exterior painting and fencing not completed with the promise to do so early spring. Again fast forward to June 17, 2017. Exterior paint was completed yesterday after dozens of messages and my wife again took off time from work to chase down fence sub contractors to get fencing started! Fencing will be finished in a few days. 4 - 5 months is a complete joke! If you want a beautiful custom home to your specs - this is the right outfit if you have the time to stay in too of the builder and wait a year!
