My husband and I enjoyed working with Kristi Eversole. She is knowledgeable about home buying and really went the extra mile. She helped us close early on the house and followed through until all the parts of the agreement had been satisfied. We would recommend her to anyone, especially if you know what you want in a home.
My agent did not do what she promised and strung me along with more promises until the day of close. I still wanted to buy the house, but not if none of what my own agent had promised was completed. She then turned on me and said if I didn't buy the house now that the contract was signed, she would sue me. Whether she did a good job or bad, she got paid the same, I complained to the owner/manager and got nowhere. I wish someone would have warned me to avoid these real estate agents.
