**update- we have since moved into our new home. Closing was a fun, easy day! The staff at the titling agency are nothing less than as personable, professional, and welcoming as the staff itself at the Mansell office. Our experience with Mansell Real Estate and all the other companies they work with has been the best first we could have ever had! Thank you all so much!!

My husband and I were referred to Mansell Real Estate by some friends. The service we have received (and especially our broker and their in office lender) they have taken care of every question , concern, and worry that 1st timers could possibly have! They have been there every step of the way, and we are supposed to be getting prepared to close soon (we started our journey a little less than a month ago-they work fast if you get all your stuff in). Not to mention the warm greeting we received upon walking into the office for the 1st time to sign paperwork. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive- we got to meet just about everyone who was in that day! And they even gave our kiddos we had with us some candy. We have already recommended our broker several times to anyone looking to buy a home, as well as our Loan Officer. Jeff Wilson and Brian Edwards are both absolutely AMAZING and we would never go to anyone else! My husband and I have had nothing less than a friendly, pleasurable, professional, pressure free, and educational experience- these guys are AWESOME! Thank you so much for all your help and for the warm welcome into the office!!
