I've used this company 3x now and have had wonderful experiences each time. I love that you can put most (or maybe all) vacation packages on a layaway plan. They have had great customer service each time I call or email. I usually work with Lex and she has been great about getting me price quotes and helping me book my packages. I did find a cheaper rate for Disney tickets one time through another site but they beat that price by $10. Now they seem to be cheaper than any site I have found and I researched a lot of sites. I do not recommend using the shuttle company advertised with getaway today for Disney though, its wayyy cheaper if you go through super shuttle (like half price). Everything else seems to be a good deal though and easy to book. The website is user friendly too. I am happy someone told me about this company and I often refer my friends and family.
These guys are THE BEST! We booked our Christmas trip in January 2017 and ticket prices recently changed by $20 per ticket. I inquired about getting the lower price, they responded that you are not penalized for booking early. For a group of 8 it saved us $150! That’s a lot of souvenirs! Thank you for providing best in class customer service!!!
I have booked our Disneyland/Legoland family vacations with GAT for the past three years. Every trip has been an amazing and relaxed experience (and we've always received wonderful treatment and upgrades at our hotels). GAT makes it so easy to book a trip, ask questions, get help, etc. Their website is easy to use and navigate. Someone even called me the day before we traveled to ask if I had any questions or needed help with anything- that was awesome! Their agents have all been very friendly and helpful. Their website is the first place I go when I start planning a Disneyland vacation.
We were extremely pleased with the customer service that was given to us. As we ordered our passes for Disney land, they did a great job at providing us some excellent tips and also informative information. If you go here, I would recommend that you ask for Jordan, she helped us and was fantastic.
Absolutely loved working with them to plan our trip. Amazing customer service, they even called whilst we were on vacation to make sure everything was going okay. Always there to help and give advice. The blog posts they do are also super helpful, I read a bunch before we left and the tips were very helpful. They really were the cheapest option but didn't act like a cheap company. Would recommend and I'm planning to use again for our next vacation!
