Outstanding Customer Service
I have been coming to Skyline for a number of years now, and would feel remiss if I didn't share how awesome these guys are. They have always given me great service and honestly when I don't think that I can be happier with the service I get they pull something out of nowhere that seems to raise the bar. Skyline is the only place that I go to for my biking needs.
Every single person at Skyline that I have encountered are very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the equipment In The store. I could not be happier with my purchases and recommend them to everyone looking to buy a bike or have a bike repaired.
This shop is not the closest to my house but I would never go anywhere else. The customer service given here by Matt and his team is unbelievable. Thanks for always keeping me and my bike going and for endless free advice.
Michael and Travis are excellent employees in answering all my questions, and Matt, the owner, went totally out of his way to check shipping details, pricing, specs, etc. on several products that they didn't even have in their store, but could order! OUTSTANDING customer service! Keep up the awesome work Skyline!!
