The Bike Shoppe is my favorite shop around. I have always been treated fairly, received prompt service, and feel like I am paying a fair price. I always feel like they treat me just like they do their own family or eve better sometimes. Matt sold me my first road bike about nine years ago and did not try to upsell me to make more money and in doing so he has received a lifelong customer. If I have ever had an issue with a product or my bike after it has been serviced it is taken care of as their first and only priority until I am satisfied. I recommend The Bike Shoppe to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new bike or just needs to get an old one fixed up.
The Bike Shoppe is the best. You can tell when a shop is built around actually taking care of bikes (and customers) vs just selling product. They always do a great job on my bike and Matt does the best bike fit in Northern Utah.
Good looking bike shop. On the down side of things they were really were hard on my bike(bent my frame when tried to replace my tubes) I hate to say that because they are good people, but I also had a hard time picking up the bike when they told me it would be ready. It wasn't ready and they told me that I needed some new parts on a bike that has less then 25 miles on it that was going to ONLY cost me $52. It's a brand new bike.

The Bike Shoppe has been my "Go To Shop" for over 30 Years, during which time I have purchased many different bikes of all types Mountain, Road Racing, Fat, Touring and others. The Bike Shoppe continues to be my place because of their fast, friendly service and Matt and the staff are very knowledgeable about all of their products. The few times I have had any issues with a bike they have worked hard to resolve the issue quickly and in my favor. They are hands down the best shop around!
