Staff are TO helpful! They do not give you a chance to even look around, they greet you at the door and follow you around as if you are going to steal from them! Every intrusive!
Phil the store owner greeted me noticed I was buying a lawnmower. And I was driving a passenger vehicle, he offered to deliver the lawnmower to my house and the photos I posted are the end result this is by far the best customer service I've ever had from any retail store.
Best time to go is midweek during the day. There are a bunch retired old fellas who could probably reconstruct the Mars Rover if they had to. This lends itself quite well to helping an average homeowner like me trying to fix a thing or two around my house.
I love having a hardware store where there are employees to help me find what I need. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and there to greet me when I came in the door. One of my favorite stores!
