as a business owner myself i hate doing this. But sometimes you have to call a spade a spade. We recently moved to Ogden and had a main water line go out So we have been dealing with Ogden city water for awhile now. I don't think of 1 time i have called or a time i have gone down there and they have not been extremely rude, condescending and just an attitude of a judge sitting on his bench waiting to judge your fate. And its been a different person every time Ive dealt with them. As a business owner myself, if i got wind of this type of behavior coming from my employees they would be kicking bricks. But then again, its government employees, so who cares how us citizen slaves are treated......
