Can't go down without an appointment, can't make an appointment because you can't get through the phone system. No waiting options, no callback options, just all operators are busy call back again (snicker). Ok. I actually got through and the rep I talked to was very helpful and patient. So 1 star for the system, 5 stars for the rep. 3

The Officers are inconsiderate, bullheaded, and exert their power over you as to make you feel inferior. The officers are not friendly, nor helpful. Someone needs to put them in check!
How am I supposed to come to this office when they aren't even open 9-5? They are an hour away and I'm supposed to find time for this??
I had to come back 3 times to actually get everything right, but getting it right was MY responsibility and my own problem.
