I currently work in the Layton office and I love it. We are like one big family and we all communicate very well. Our manager is very professional and our providers as well. We make it our goal every single day to deliver the best care to our patients because they come first to us. I love my job!!!
I'm very disappointed and I haven't even become a patient of record yet. My appointments have been cancelled by their office three times now, each time I have been rescheduled it's been for a month out. I understand that emergencies come up, but having to reschedule three times for one patient is a bit much. I was highly recommended by a co-worker and I have to say that if this is how you treat all your patients I worry about the service I will get once I have actually been seen by the doctor.
Greeted warmly by Marley in a timely and professional manner. She was extremely helpful with the initial paperwork. Dr. Anden was very professional and was very thorough in her examination. She asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. She spent more time with me than I had anticipated, but I greatly appreciated her genuine care. I walked out of her office feeling confident that I had finally found the right person to help me with my back pain issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Anden without hesitation.
Do not use these people if you have any other choices and do not even try to be late for your appointment. The doctors time is much more important than any pain you might be suffering from and the parking is impossible. These doctors have turned my wife away form receiving twice for two different reasons now. They patently chose the hypo critic over the Hippocratic oath. This was the Ogden office both times.
I really like the receptionist and especially the Dr is very comforting..she doesn't look at me as if I'm a drug addict customer service they give the best customer service
