Dr Winters put me at ease right away. After he examined me and my MRI he explained why I was still having pain etc. He was very thorough and used words that I would understand. I didn't feel rushed so I was comfortable asking questions. Several days later I had a few more questions which he took the time to answer. I go in for surgery next week and feel very confident that I will be in good hands!
The best around !! But don't expect to see him after surgery much , he is busy

I had a lumbar discectomy with another doctor. After the surgery I was experiencing a great deal of pain and having much difficulty walking. I was referred to Dr Winters by a nurse (who works at another hospital). I was nervous to go to a new dr but I really wasn't looking forward to going back to my original dr either.
