I've had Carol's insurance since the day I got my learners permit, and have never switched for 3 major reasons. #1. The literal cheapest, with the best benefits, rate I've found. Amongst the competitors, they wanted over $300 a month. I pay a third of that with all the same deductibles and coverage. #2. I've been in 3 accidents over the years where each one my vehicle was totaled, 2 rear endings, and one t bone in a winter storm. Carol never raised my rate, always got me a rental car within 24 hours. I had my accident assessment by the end of the week, they paid the loan within 2 weeks. I got calls just to see how my neck felt. They were efficient and kind the whole way. Eager and willing to answer any questions or meet any of my needs. #3 The personal experience I have every time I need something. I call and they know my name just by my first name, they answer questions promptly and very clearly. Not only did I just add renters insurance but my rate dropped by over $20 for everything! Basically got my home covered for free! I recommend them to anyone I come across buying a car or looking into coverage on anything. 10 out of 10. Absolutely the most amazing insurance team I've ever come across!
