DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY, DON'T RISK YOUR FAMILY. I have allstate and I Love the insurance, but the Carrie Batchelor Agency has some incompetent people. About 6 months ago I called to add my new vehicle to my policy, but the never added it, so I have been without insurance for about 6 month, I could not imagine if I had an accident what could had happened. I found out I did not have insurance when I got a letter from the state requesting proof. So I went in the agency and talked to them and made the problem feel like it was not a bid deal, they said it got stuck in the system and never went thru. But I talked to another Allstate agent and she said that this never happens unless the angent forgets to add it to the polycy. So the addition process was sitting in their system for 6 months. Horrible experience, I am switching agencies and will never recomend this agency. I just got this agent because it was chosen by allstate. Very bad service. Do not risk your family DON'T GO TO THIS AGENCY.
On top of all that, I am saving over $500 on my insurance annually by switching to them. They were very accommodating at listening to both my personal and business needs, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was to cover everything I needed. They never pressured me, nor did I feel obligated in any way after their initial quote. I cannot say enough about this small, family-owned business. They truly know the art of compassion and good business. I will never go anywhere else for insurance again! :-)

Dave helped us with our car insurance. He actually told us a company that would have been cheaper, but explained all that we would be losing if we were to switch to the other insurance. After I hit a car, our accident forgiveness took care of it all and we paid nothing! We love these guys!

Not only are they willing to spend ample amounts of time with you to make sure they are getting you the right coverage at a good price, but their customer service is impeccable. I have never been treated so kindly and compassionately as when dealing with their agents. They are truly the epitome of Customer Service!
