American Family took my money and denied my coverage. After several months and proof of payment from my mortgage company they are still making things very difficult for me. A very dishonest company.
Recently my car was stolen from my residence, which is very annoying and frustrating by itself, but then when I went to make a claim with the insurance company I was informed that I had not made a payment and my coverage had lapsed! I was in shock because I had no idea and thought my payments were up-to-date. Jd was awesome and a great ally in a horrible situation. JD and his staff are helpful and friendly and have helped our family get great policies at reasonable prices. Although, they can be hard to reach sometimes. Lately I have had to call 3 or 4 times in an hour just to get someone to answer the phone.
